Virginia hopes to utilize her passion for music and music therapy to provide person-centered care that empowers others and positively impacts the community.
Clinical Experience
Virginia is a board-certified music therapist (MT-BC) who is licensed in the state of Illinois (LPMT). She has also earned the NMT designation upon completing Neurologic Music Therapy training. Virginia has worked in a wide variety of settings at the Institute for Therapy through the Arts and Prospect Music Therapy, but mainly works with children and adolescents who are neurodivergent and/or experiencing mental health challenges. She is also working toward her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Virginia aims to support her clients and provide exceptional, goal-driven music therapy services in the community.
